Free shipping delivery all orders of £100 or more of eligible items across any product category qualify.

PAYMENTS

RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on Bombay stores within 20 days of the delivery date.

All measurements are in inches these are provided as guide, sizes are approximate and may vary depending on design & stitching. All measurements mentioned below are actual body measurements

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Next Day delivery is available from Monday to Friday at £5.95 and is only available within the UK (excluding the Highlands) if you place your order before 12.00pm GMT.
  • Free UK Delivery is available on orders over £100 to the UK mainland only excluding the Highland and takes 2-5 working days.
  • Please keep in mind that all orders are shipped out from Bombay Stores Monday through Friday. We don't ship orders over the Saturday and Sunday.
  • If you're ordering internationally, our standard delivery service will get your order to you within 7-10 business days. If you're ordering in the (USA) example, we'll send it to you within 10-15 business days.
  • If you place an order outside the UK, you could be hit with taxes or duties due to import restrictions. Depending on your local laws, these extra fees or charges could be applied to your order. You'll have to pay them when your package arrives in the country you're ordering from. We can't tell you how much it'll cost because it all depends on the country you're buying from. If you're not sure if the charges are applicable to your order, make sure to check with your local customs before you place your order.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

  • if you've had your parcel lost or damaged by one of our delivery partners, don't worry - just get in touch with us and we'll take care of it. We'll send a claim to our delivery partner on your behalf, and when they accept it, you'll get a full refund plus delivery costs. Just keep in mind that a claim with us can take up to a month, so don't expect an immediate refund. Our parcels are covered by our delivery partners - but Bombay Stores can't be held responsible for lost/damaged parcels in transit.

RETURN POLICY

  • If you have a changed your mind, please return your items in their original packaging and no longer than 14 days after you received them. We'll give you a refund that won't include postage.
  • Please let it take 3-5 days from the date you return them. Please make sure all tags and labels are still intact. We suggest you send your returns by recorded delivery since we can't be held responsible for items that don't make it to us.
  • We don't accept returns or exchanges for jewellery, cosmetics, or perfumes due to hygiene.
  • We do not provide free returns, and any unwanted items you will be subject to the cost of shipping. We suggest that any returns are posted and shipped by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered to us.
