Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Kadco Fashion & Textiles Ltd t/a Bombay Stores, Bombay Buildings, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1NX. If you need any help, contact us by email or on +44 1274 729993 and we’ll be happy to assist.

Orders & availability

All items are subject to availability. We try to make sure everything shown is in stock, but demand can be high. If an item is out of stock at the time of dispatch we will try to contact you by phone or email; if we cannot reach you we reserve the right to cancel the out-of-stock item(s) and send the rest of your order. All orders are charged in pounds sterling; prices shown in other currencies are approximate.

Shipping times & costs

  • In-store collection is available within 1–7 business days.
  • Next-day and Express delivery options are available at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates and any guarantee apply to UK mainland parcels only. For international and non-mainland parcels we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving the order; please allow 7–10 working days for delivery.
  • We use a tracked delivery service and a signature may be required on delivery.
  • For cheque or bank-transfer payment, orders are dispatched once funds have cleared — please allow up to 5 working days. Orders are held for 7 days before being cancelled for non-receipt of payment.

Payment methods

  • Credit and debit card: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • PayPal — check out without entering your card details on our site. Your account is charged once the order is completed.
  • Cheque or bank transfer, made payable to Bombay Stores with the order number on the back. Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared.

Exchanges, returns & refunds

Mail orders. You have cancellation rights of 7 working days starting the day after the goods are delivered. For a refund, return the goods unworn and unwashed within 7 days of receipt; for an exchange, within 14 days. Jewellery may be returned unworn for exchange or refund on the same timescales. Refunds are made by card or cheque within 14 working days. Return postage is paid by the customer — please include a note with your order number, contact details and what you would like us to do.

Store purchases. If you change your mind, return the unused goods with the original till receipt or adequate proof of purchase within 7 days for an exchange or credit note. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of pierced jewellery. This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty or mis-described.
